Very good for reduced pain!!

For the record, I have spinal injuries from the military and was in a severe auto accident two years ago, whereby, we were hit from behind at more than 50 MPH. In that accident, I received three herniated disks, one protrusion and some cervical injuries. After going thru the usual medical treatment for 18 months with no real good outlook for pain, I tried this unit. At first it was a bit strange, getting on and off and actually using it. My only complaint, is that the adjustment handle should be adjustable for different arm lengths. I'm 5'10" 170 LBS and for me the arm lever is a bit of a challenge. Overall, I use it daily for about 20 minutes and almost immediately, I got relief from pain on both sides. My injuries are on L2, L3, L4 & L5 in addition to my cervical areas. I use the head band about twice per week also. I was advised against spinal surgeries from three different doctors and since I'm not a person to take a lot of meds, so far, it has made my life better. In addition, to my injuries, the car accident has made my issues with "facet" pain much worse and has elevated my arthritic spinal issues. However, this machine has made my daily life less painful! I intend to keep up my daily routine with this machine. Also, I wish it were available with about a 12" stand instead of laying on the floor. But, with everything, there are tradeoffs and my results have been positive!!!
