  Unfortunately the clock arrived heavily damaged despite the clear and valid attempts of the seller to ensure the clock arrived in good condition. The clock was well packed and even taped up with fragile packing tape banded all around the carton. The seller has been extremely helpful throughout the transaction and responded to my emails within minutes. Thank you, a great Ebayer, unfortunately can't say the same about the Hermes courier.
