I expected better quality. It does not absorb moisture

One pack is enough for 1 week in our case, not 4 weeks (!!!). The litter does not absorb moisture :( So to prevent cat walking in its own pee we have to change it every 24/48h. The amount of litter you use does not change anything, we tried.
