  Boots description was “Brand New and Never Worn ) They arrived with badly damaged heels and dirty soles. The pictures very cleverly didn’t show this. The seller claimed eBay wrote the description and she forgot to change it.. but stated she doesn’t do returns !!! So I’ve bought a pr of damaged boots because I believed the description to be true, even though the seller knew it was false information !! Not an honest seller, I’m now opening a case with eBay
