Terry P rules OK
I read this book as Terry, himself, said it was the best book he'd written. As I'm a fan, it was likely that I'd enjoy it, which I did. It's a children's coming-of-age book with heart. All human life is there - love, loss, belief, Faith, friendship, family ties, the human condition (philosophical discussion) and above all, despite the most difficult challenges, a hope for the future. Throughout it all Terry weaves his wit and humour. I can see why it became such an important book for him as he was coming to terms with his own horrifying diagnosis as he wrote it. Heartfelt and, above all, human. He is much missed as a down-to-earth author of fantasy and sci-fi. Incongruous, but true.

Gift for paper wedding anniversary
My daughter and son-in-law live abroad and so a lightweight for postage memento of their first wedding anniversary was required. My son-in-law is from Fife, so a tartan gift was appropriate. They were delighted and have used the serviettes, saying what good quality they are.

Thank goodness for this
My life - or that of my feet - would be miserable if it wasn't for Lamisil Once. It's brilliant and I won't be without it. It only needs application rarely and works like a dream. This tube was particularly good value.
