  Good seller who resolved problem very quickly as description did not fully match item sent as they did not realise that the new Cd had some deep scratches on it which prevented last track playing. A full refund was given by the seller when contacted, it was agreed I kept faulty Cd as rest of Cd played ok & as price was low I felt this was very reasonable, therefore my overall experience was positive.
