Very reassuring
Shows what my oxygen level is and my heart rate. Very clear display. I have heart problems and find this very reassuring . It shows that my oxygen level is at the bottom of the normal range when I get breathless but still fine which makes me feel so much better. I
It comes with a lanyard which is hard to attach but once done you can wear it round your neck. If using outdoors you need to have your finger in the shadow for it to work.
Easy to use, would recommend .
