Refurbished, so not perfect

This is a refurbished item, but I was expecting better quality. I give this three stars because the "wings" that lift up to expose the cord''s wrapping area do not open fully to 90 degrees. Also, the cord does not stay wrapped because the c-clip does not fit the cord perfectly, allowing it to come loose. However, the reason I bought the cord is because mine was frayed badly with wires exposed and this one resolved that problem. The item arrived quickly, which was also important to me. Four stars for that.
