Don't waste your money and time!
We have 2 girls with long hair in this house, hair on the carpet is the major problem. I tried using strong suction, still can't really pick all the hair up. Plus it drains the battery very quick. I asked for a refund but I was only allowed to have a replacement even though it's just about to be 6 months since I've purchased. I thought I'd give Shark a try instead of just going for Dyson. Now, I am stuck with a useless hoover in my house and have to go buy a new Dyson hoover.
