  I’m very sad you left this feedback. As per my messages, and photos we exchanged, the fireplace left me in the condition of the listing. To see your photos of it completely broken upon arrival both saddened and annoyed me. It would have been a wonderful fireplace. The damage sustained was during transit as it was collected by a removals company who only had a pallet and thin blankets. This marble fireplace required careful cushioning when being transported in the back of a lorry.
