Perfect

Just the right size for the small kitchen it was for. Shocked when I took it out the box though it would be much bigger but it worked out perfect

Result

I have been taking everyday and there is remarkable change in my nails. They are stronger. I wear acrylic nails and I see how they have strengthened underneath whereas before taking biotin they were always soft and weak and when I remove acrylic nails they would immediately break and/or split.

Two minds

Was to help with reducing fat from a particular area and I dont think that's happening. Bit disappointed
