not reliable for long term use as runs and smudges
1 of 1 found this helpful not waterproof or smudge proof like it says as put on my eyes to go out and smudged making me look like a panda not a good look when only my eyes show having to wear a mask so won't be purchasing again and throwing this in dustbin stick to maybelline what i know best.........
