Mindfulness for kids
As I am a big fan of Tolle's adult books, I was so excited to see that he had written a children's book. His messages are so important for all of us, and it's often difficult to get children to understand those ideas. Through this wonderful story, Eckhart Tolle has found the perfect way to make children see that, even when they experience something terrible like being bullied, it does not have to define who they are. Worrying about things that might happen adds stress to his life, so Milton discovers a way to deal with it. He also discovers that people are not always what they seem. Adults could take a lesson from Milton in this beautiful story. Wonderful illustrations add to Tolle's simple yet poignant words to make this the perfect gift for any child. My 9 year old granddaughter loved it.
