EPIC FAIL
Sorry about bad review, I am not usually critical of things I buy through Ebay but I am disappointed in this instance. Though these gas struts are very competitively priced they seem to be underpowered for the job. My old gas struts were very slow lifting the tailgate as the car is now 10yrs old and they had never been changed.
I Bought these new ones expecting them to obviously be better but they will barely hold the tailgate up, let alone lift it. I can not recommend these units and I would not buy them again. Hope this is helpful to anybody trying to make up their mind.

Nice but pricey.
Dearer than recommended price in shops but is a nice product. Well done to pataks. Just a shame that people are trying to charge too much for it.
