Japanese flush cutting wood saw
This saw is intended for cabinet work, not carpentry or joinery. For that it might not be robust enough. It is ideal for flush cutting of protruding features, such as dowel heads, plugs, and trimming of eg. dove tails after gluing. Because it is used on the 'pull' stroke, the blade is under tension and the kerf very fine. The handle is well shaped and comfortable to use. Like all Japanese saws, the teeth are very sharp and cut beautifully. If used for its intended purpose there is nothing bad about the saw.
