  The package was empty when it arrived because it had been split at the top. If this had been in a box and properly packaged it might would have arrived, but yet no one wants to do anything about it now.

  It is a shame that the post office damaged her package. It had insurance but buyer has to initiate claim. She threw away packaging. I even went to P.O. to inquire for her. But she didn't want to file the loss claim. I packaged well didn't need to be in box.
