helps my memory
3 of 3 found this helpful Originally I started taking coconut oil because I had read that it helps Alzheimers' patients. My theory was that if it helped them, maybe it would help my memory a little. It actually seems to. I can tell a difference if I stop taking it. The MCT oil does the same thing and has almost no taste. It has had no effect on my weight, but that's not why I take it.

Pricey, but a great product
The nail lacquer is a pearly dark reddish brownish color. It covers well in one or two coats, and stays on better than other nail polishes I have used, which means a little less work to keep it looking good.

Stays on fairly well
The color is like a stain rather than a paint that has stuck to your lips. It does wear off after a while, but stays on way better than conventional lipstick. So far, it's a favorite with me, and I'm picky.
