Lovely book

Beautifully illustrated and informative. The recipes brought back memories of a Scottish childhood. The only minor fault was that there was a crease in the back cover but did not detract from the item.

Some Research Necessary!

The recipes look lovely (I have not tried any yet) but a lot of the measurements were USA so conversion charts will be needed. The Union Flag on the cover is misleading! Otherwise, the instructions and illustrations are excellent.
