  We bought this cartridge that was not showing as despatched and hadn't arrived for 8 days so opened a request as to what was happening . The seller asked for our address , which was not necessary as they had a proof of posting and it was on their ebay and paypal records to which we explained . It seemed he wanted some sort of power struggle that nothing would be done unless we sent him our address and after going forwards and backwards several times we got a proof of postage AND NASTY INSULT
