Just what I needed

Important part of my First Aid kit
Use these all the time as general dressings which need to be keep clean and dry for seral days. Will stay on happily when showering. Have found them better for blisters than compeed.

Lovely tea
Have been using these teabags for sometime and really love them. At time of restocking the onespurchased this time were the best price available. I don't know if they really help me sleep but they are a very pleasant drink and I feel that they have a relaxing effect. I usually 2 cups per day.
