  Buyer Beware! Seller decided to not fill my order after a price had been agreed on and the seller was paid. The seller changed his/her mind about the sale. We had numerous email exchanges where I tried to enlighten seller that this was not the acceptable way to transact business. The seller did not recognize a problem as long as my money was fully refunded. I was not notified that the seller wished to cancel the transaction and did not realize it until I became aware of a refund.
