COOL PILLOW
My body is going through the change & I struggle to sleep at night ,I get my worst flushes at night ,so I thought I’d give this a try ,I don’t go to bed without it ,it goes in the fridge in the morning & I put it on top of my normal pillow ,under my pillow case & it’s so cool ,it actually stops my body having flushes ,when I wake up & it’s gone a bit warm ,all I have to do is turn it over for a little while & it’s cool again ,I highly recommend this for any woman going through the change ,or anyone that struggles with being to warm ,it’s great value for money ,comes well packaged ,for me it’s a must

THUMB SPLINT
I suffer with osteoporosis in both my thumbs ,I’ve brought other splints but none as good as these ,most others the metal falls out ,these have extra Velcro & strapping to hold thumbs in place ,I will never buy from anyone else again
