Very functional bench
This bench was easy to assemble. It has several customizable options that make it very functional. For example, the seat angle can be flat or slightly inclined to keep you in place, and the ankle bar height can be moved to fit your height. I also like that the back can go from straight upright, several points of incline, flat, and all the way back to decline position. Folding up for storage is also a huge plus!
