    Sorry this feedback is so late. The item arrived the day before I went out of town. The item was listed as new and undamaged and I believe it was at the time of shipping. However, it was slightly damaged during shipping and the damage on the item matched the damage on the shipping box. Obviously, this was not the seller's fault! I like the item and it still opens and closes without difficulty.
