RENAULT CLIO ABS RING DRIVE SHAFT ABS RING (26 TEETH)

Good kit, works well.

Yes they work well for my Renault Clio 1.2, 8 valve. Loosen wheel/cv nut, jack up, wheel off, brake caliper and disc off, undo bottom link rods, turn steering wheel to full lock, push cv into the engine & manipulate free. Clean cv joint up (no need to remove it) and don't forget to use thread lock, gently tap new ABS ring home. Re build, wheel on, hand tighten wheel/cv nut, lower/remove jack. Torque the wheel nut to the correct setting (can't remember what that was, bit it was just out side of the highest setting on a standard torque wrench). Easy peasy 2 to 4 hour job depending on how much experience you have, and if you have the correct size sockets & spanners (or your catching a bus to Halfords to get them, lol).

It does the job

When I first tried to use it, it was only reading 1 or 2%, then I found that you really do have to make sure all the pins are in the wood as deep as you can go. The same bit of wood was 21% with the pins right in. The power on ' off is a pain as when put away in it's wallet, it always turns it's self on. I would love to know how to calibrate it.
