Practical
Not the best looking or stylish but the ones that are, are usually the heaviest and break easy when dropped. Simple and light that’s all it needs to be. Great price too

You'd be surprised.
6 of 6 found this helpful Loads of people will say no chance waste of money after using for month, but I guarantee after a 3 month mark you see, feel and perform different.
Start with 1 tablet for 2 weeks then go to 2, make sure its around the same time every day and take before eating. I have mine before breakfast every day.
