Machine made quilt and shams
2 of 2 found this helpful For the price, it is only FAIR quality. The quilt is quite thin. The size is just right if I don't put it in the dryer. IVORY is the color I bought but I should have ordered CREAM.

A PIECE OF THE WORLD
1 of 1 found this helpful What began as a rather sad story about a painting, became a mind-numbing journey of a woman's descent into hopelessness. The author imagined the story after seeing a painting and told the reader what she thought the painting was about. Why so hopeless? I kept reading hoping to see the woman's journey take a positive turn but it never did. The novel depressed me. It was not necessary to invent such a dark tale about a disabled young girl who, through no fault of her own, became unable to find joy in life.

easily readable and engrossing--nice to get a hard cover for less!
Anita Shreve has such lovely prose; imaginative and very easy to follow. It's like a conversation! I bought Sea Glass after reading another of her novels--just as satisfying. I want to read others, now.
