Pain has gone
Was recommended by a friend for arthritis in my ankles . Was on 10 tablets a day mix of pain killers and vitamins to help me with small affect . In the morning was crawling out of bed and limping when I could eventually stand up which really isn't good for any one let alone a 36 year old male . With in 3 days I could tell the difference with being on the solgar 7 I can get out of bed with ease and have stopped limping 99% of the time . If I do a 15 hour day at work I can feel I have over done it and they can get a little sore but nothing on what they were . And the damp weather doesn't seem to affect me as it did b4 . They average around 50p a day now I buy in bulk . But I can't recommend them enough

Brilliant peice of kit cuts out most runs and big nibs with ease. Just make sure clear has fully cured on runs before use
