My feedback is not important. Since I paid for this order the seller did not sent the item nor did I get my money back. He the seller said he made couple of attempts to refund the money but it failed. I told him that I no longer want the item, so I want the money refunded ASAP

This guy is a joker .... I have tried to refund him many times but it didn't work since he never paid by Paypal asked for account details and if he has. a Paypal account give me the details so i can refund but he refused to forward details so how can i refund if your not going to give me the correct details to do the transfer. And you are dead right your feedback is NOT important at all.
