  Not a pleasant experience. Chose click and collect but for some reason the click and collect store refused to accept the item and it was returned to the seller who responded quite rudely to me when I tried to sort out an alternative delivery. I really wanted the book but seller just put through a refund, was not interested in any compromise, I would have paid extra for the extra delivery but nope, wasn’t interested. Oh well, disappointed, but that’s life.🤨🤷🏽‍♀️
