review for the Sony PSP 1000 Gold Handheld
I bought the psp 1000 because I wanted to watch videos and play games on the go and I it was cheap. Buying a refurbished one was better because it's like brand new....you wouldn't even know it was a refurb and in Gold. I can't get used to the little analogue stick on the left because it's quite small but I heard that I could get a bigger thumb piece for the stick. I can only really compare this to the nintendo ds lite as I own one...... Totally different gameplay but can run emulators like megadrive, snes, gameboy etc on both. Graphics and gameplay are far better on the psp and the screens a decent size. Basically this is miniture ps3 as the interface looks the same, you can even log in to the psn for online play. I think it's a nice touch that you can link up you psp to your ps3 through your homeoffice network and all the music and videos plus some games that are on your ps3 are shared directly to your psp system through the network...........It remotely logs into your system and even shows your home screen wallpaper. I own a ps3,ds lite, Wii, pc. hundreds of games maybe thousands.

LG W1934S-SN LCD TFT Monitor
I like it because it's bigger than my old tft display and it's widescreen..so very good for viewing movies on it. The resolution is better too....was currently working with 1024 X 768 at 75hz now at 1280 X 800 60hz and my blue ray films look great. Can't wait to see how some of my games look. If you look around you can pick this up quite cheaply. brilliant.... can't fault it so far Now soon To upgrade my motherboard, cpu, ram and hdd's I have already upgraded my graphics card and this monitor can't run at the higher resolution that my Asus 512mb graphics card can. It also has a hdmi out on it so I think it's time to upgrade my monitor aswell to a hd one running through hdmi 1080p. Windows 7 64bit
