Rubbish product
Struggled for an hour trying to get fly line into braid, continually cutting pieces off braid until I had ruined a loop. Gave up & bought a cheaper version online, which worked a treat.

Faulty
I bought this to replace an original unit that was getting a bit worn, but the new one is no improvement as the volume buttons do not work, even with brand new batteries, so I am back to using the original.

Poor product
Better quality
