Repair service you can trust
This is a review of a "Repair Service". Gerald did an excellent job repairing my broken Panasonic ZS-19 camera. Repairs were done quickly and for way less money than sending it to Panasonic's repair center. Panasonic will repair the camera for about twice the price or more (they don't guarantee to fix it for the quoted price). Gerald does it for a fixed price. Of course with Panasonic you will get new parts, whereas Gerald uses used parts in good working condition, and sometimes better than original Panasonic parts. There was also excellent follow-up by email explaining what was done and answering any questions and concerns. I would definitely send future repairs to Gerald without hesitation.
P.S. Rating "buttons" accompanying this review re: image quality, etc. do not apply, but "good value" definitely does.

Works as expected
This device allows me to capture video with audio in sync after editing which was a problem with other devices. I had some minor problems getting started because the PVR 1212 does not work with 1080p signals. Capture in 1080i and 720p work great, just have to make sure the source is set for the right format.
