Difficult to install.

I had all ready had Viper Internet security installed on my laptop. When I tried to install Viper Anti Virus it said that I was trying to install a product that had less features than what was currently install on my laptop and to delete the installed version. I did. but the same message kept appearing each time I entered the Product ID#. It took two sessions with Viper Tech Support to resolve the problem. Viper Tech Support was very helpful although they should have been able to solve the problem the first time.
