the actual photos in the book are mostly the same size. hard to put down. a fanstic book.
hi, been in the cheffing trade for 20 years,my first book was lost.took a while to find another.the photos speak for themselfs. i like to look after things and covered the book.thank-you so much i like both books . i like to keep the hard cover at home and if i was working i find the soft cover is easy to handle when looking up the books knowled as been faster to flick through the ingredients.
