  I've tried to be is polite As possible with all my customers but this person went ahead and criticise my advert he clearly did not read one of the advert offered instead he chose to send me a message that insulted me it goes to show that this man is a total literary person only had to do is call me and I would have helped him resolve the problem but now I will put him on the hot water
