Not Happy, No Reply from Supplier
Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased part number CTSFA008.2 Fiat Ducato 2008 to 2014 Steering Wheel Stalk Control interface lead and a Pioneer patch lead on 27th. June which I received, in good order on the 13th. July.
The installation was very easy, just plug the leads together and and try the Radio out, no go. The Radio worked fine but none of the Steering Wheel Controls worked. Thinking that I may have inadvertently pulled out one of the cable plugs when re-installing the Radio I pulled the Radio out again and checked all of the wiring connections but all were good. I was at a loss as to what may be wrong double checking very thing again and trying out the controls on the steering wheel to no avail.
I am at a loss as to what I can do. The unit purchased from yourself is not available in Australia but looks exactly the same as two which are available but would not work with my 2010 Fiat Ducato which only has the six buttons on the steering wheel.
Have you had similar problems with this unit, is this a once off? Do you have any suggestions as I am at a loss.
