Goodlookers.
These came promptly and were relatively easy to install. Problem, though, was the setting in the car, which turned out to be not fixed. Our first usage had the lights much too low. I've returned to the installation to move them higher, but the evenings are still too light to confirm accuracy! I'm reasonably confident, even so. They are brighter than the bulbs that came with the car.

Unclear.
Overnight, the water seemed to clear, but later that day the blanket weed returned. At least, it seems less robust, but is difficult to gather on the rake. Answers yes or no are too black and white. Our pond may be too big. I would answer "perhaps" for recommend, "not bad" for value and "maybe" for quality.
