It's a cheap piece of junk that doesn't work
I found it to be a complete waste. The arms that extend out that hold it on the floor aren't long enough and the whole thing Rocks around while you try to pedal. No matter what angle you try or how fast you try. I returned it and got 50% off but I'm throwing it out. Also the knob that is supposed to be a tensioner does very little.
