    Fast shipping but there was delay by USPS. Most likely due to the packaging and the label being torn on the package. The item is in great shape and happy with the purchase. The golf club was not in a box when arrived. It was just shrink wrapped. Meaning the club just had shrink wrap around it. I was shocked it did not get destroyed by USPS. Overall I am happy with the club.

    Item arrived broken as it was not double boxed or padded enough. The Seller was amenable to working with me and offered a discount and I will attempt to glue the statue back together. Shipping was delayed by an additional 4 days as the USPS probably got confused with an old shipping label that was showing through next to the new shipping label. I am grateful the Seller gave me a discount on the final purchase price, but I was disappointed that the antique piece is now devalued due to breakage

    Listing was for a 25” eBags rolling suitcase. I was shipped a 21” rolling suitcase. eBay facilitated a refund for me but the transaction was a waste of my time - I was looking for something very specific and thought I’d found it. It was misleading and disappointing.
