Doesn't smoothen the hair, hard to use.
The plates don't touch easily so it doesn't iron out smoothly, you'll have to put lot of pressure on the prongs for it to press and glide. By the time you're half way done, the hands starts hurting. Not at all comfortable.
Also post ironing, i do not see any ionic effect. Hair doesn't get smoother like my previous flat iron. So i doubt if it has any ion emission like it claims.
All in all, not a good product. i actually would like a refund.
