The communication prior to delivery was excellent. As was the communication from the delivery driver who brought it into the house & put it where we asked, he was very polite. The oven arrived really well packaged & the fault that was the reason for it being on AO outlet & at a discounted price was barely noticeable. It was clear the oven had never actually been used as we had to go through the initial start up, there were no instructions but these were easily found online on the Bosch website.

Postage and delivery was excellent. I had to change delivery date and it was done by a single, promptly answered, no hassle call. It arrived on the newly scheduled date with very friendly and helpful guys. There was a challenge.with the house door but they were patient and assisted in ensuring the fridge was safely delivered to a room of choice. As to the product... real value for money. Came in its original package. I am glad I got this.
