Postage and delivery was excellent. I had to change delivery date and it was done by a single, promptly answered, no hassle call. It arrived on the newly scheduled date with very friendly and helpful guys. There was a challenge.with the house door but they were patient and assisted in ensuring the fridge was safely delivered to a room of choice. As to the product... real value for money. Came in its original package. I am glad I got this.

I bought a hisense American fridge freezer from ao outlet, but when it came,there was certain things wrong with it. They got in touch with me and straight away asked me to pick another one no questions asked. They also asked me to add 20% more to my original budget. The Candy washer is exactly as described. The few slight marks in the photos are barely recognizable. It looks as good as new and works very impressively. I'm really happy and appreciate the sellers. The communications from the seller and the delivery were much appreciated. They kept in touch via text messages until they arrived, delivered the washer and took the old one away quickly and politely.
