Good product, but needs some fine tuning

Negative points - fitting the handrails required a very strong person (fortunately I am) The rails required bending to get them to line up with the holes for the screws to go through that held them together. Once I had succeeded in getting the screws in, I then had to find an Allan key of the right size to tighten the nuts on. No tools were provded which means that anyone without a comprehensive tool set would find securing these screws very difficult. Two pairs of pliers might just do it. When folded out and put on the floor, my purchase appeared to rock (I did check the floor and it was flat). However, when standing on the ladder, it felt very stable.
I am happy with the product, but it nees fine tuning for ease of assembly
