overall good

I would say it does its job. Waterproof and doesn't smudge as much as my last one but it does smudge for me after a while. Also, I have to mention that it's probably because I have a relatively small eye crease and an oily face but if none of this apply to you then I would definitely recommend it :) oh and kinda bummed it didn't come with a lil' brush like in the picture but it works and it's really cheap so I say it's more good than bad.
