Great jacket at a great price
Comparing this to a neowell desert jacket I had previously (for a similar price) three difference in quality is marked! The material and zips are high quality, the adjustment is great and most notably the removable protectors are not your bog standard thin foam inserts but are a quality rubberized material. Very impressed for the price. I've not tested it in heavy rain yet however.

Sturdy and functional - just the job.
Having deliberated as to how much to spend, whether to go for a proper motorcycle lift or whether or not to search for something second hand - I am so glad I opted for these. To be honest I was expecting something functional but fairly flimsy (hoping that would be good enough for my purposes). Instead I find these to be easy to put together, extremely robust, easy to use, with good quality welds and strong wheels. The rubber covered swing arm cradles were a bonus. I'm left wondering why you would pay more. What can the really expensive ones have that these don't?

Priceless information - cheap production
Let me start by saying that the information in this manual is clear and accessible to a novice like myself. The language is not overly technical, smoke jobs are explained clearly and when you start to get lost in understanding a procedure it is probably time to seek the help of a professional.
HOWEVER... This is the first haynes manual I've had since they've been producing them only in paperback, and the quality is rubbish. I don't mind the fact that it is paperback but the paper used is like a thin grey sugar paper. Not only does it feel cheap and lacking in durability but it also makes some of the black and white photos unclear.
