Welcome & helpful for budding female artists but needs to give more examples from each artists, show more artists and be less Euro-centric
This book is a very good IDEA ! It's choice of women artists is currently quite good and it would be a definite help for a young woman who was not already familiar with the acceptance that women artists have gained over the past few years. HOWEVER there are not enough examples of art work from each artist cited and the range of women artists does not extend outside of Europe & the USA. I was hoping for the inclusion of Artemisia Gentileschi and some indication of the influence of non-Western art culture on Western culture. New bigger wider edition needed !

Disc: Excellent bargain. Film: Very enjoyable if slightly flawed
It was very inexpensive but perfectly functional DVD. The film was enjoyable but there were a few plot flaws as the direction gets stuck into the thrills without fully preparing the ground and there were anomalous emotive items which did not progress the plot. The actual tyrannosaur (not the Indominus) should have been introduced and characterised as bad (ass) before its use in the denouement !. The mawkish anti-divorce sentimentality was misplaced and unneeded. The intermittent feminist approach exhibited in the first 3 films was well-served here, in spite of having an unapologetically and undeniably macho male hero.
