Really cool stand with a razor that offers more shave heat.
1 of 1 found this helpful The charging razor stand is what makes it nice (very compact and slick). If you want something more modern, minimalistic, and cool for your shaving setup and are willing to spend the extra cash then try it out.
I am into different razors so I use this when I want to keep that slow heated barbershop shop shave when I do my cleanup passes after I use my shavette/straight razor (I always use Gillette as my cleanup razor because their blades have more control). You will feel the heated plate (2 heat levels) and it is a nice way to keep the pores open when shaving.
Again, the products main standouts are the base charger and heated plate. So, if you are really into having a cool looking stand and more heat on your face, might want to consider this. Also, the razor has a more slick modern/matte look versus the other Gillette razors which have that aggressive 90s edgy jetfighter feel (which I still like too).

Cool looking rarer Gillette razor with a great shave cream
The special edition razors are always cool because they have that dark, minimalistic, matte, and edgy design you do not see with the everyday instore Jetfighter looking razors (which I still like too).
But the showstopper was the Pure shaving cream, stuff is great - a thicker (but less fluffy) cream. I mix it with my shaving brush in my marble that I heat up and I get a great lather from it. It isn’t as fluffy as the more tradition creams but it is so thick and protects and glides the blades so nicely (I use straight razors too and it works great with them).
And of course the Proshield blades are great – the added moisture pads always help so much and protect the skin.
