  Despite Royal Mail losing this item. Seller was nothing but exemplary in how they handled things. Kept me informed along the way whilst we tried to track down the parcel. Unfortunately ended in a refund but 100% not the sellers fault as was sent tracked through Royal Mail. Thanks for your help shame about the lost item.
