  I bought a quite expensive pen, and specied a collection point (Argos) because it's unlikely I'd be at home to delivery. The day before the original delivery date I received confirmation that delivery had been made but NOT to Argos. I took copies of evidence to Argos and after a LOT of discussion (including with eBay) resolved the matter. tge problem was that my name waws not on the address label. Pen is exactly as described. The price was reasonable. So all's well that ends well!
