why spend more?
1 of 1 found this helpful I have just received delivery of the Blaupunkt 43/1370, which was a refurbished grade a offering from Tesco Direct. It was well packed in its original box and was clearly brand new and unused in any way. The set up was fairly straightforward, and with a few personal adjustments to sound and picture, it is an excellent television, particularly on the HD channels. I hope it lasts well but has a 12 month Tesco Warranty, and I am confident they would honour their promises should it go wrong. I do not really understand why other similar sets of more famous manufacturers cost so much more. why spend Β£400 plus when you can buy this perfectly well made set at around the Β£200 mark or less. Time will tell if it continues to be reliable, but first impressions are very promising. Initially a full recomendation from me.

4 of 4 found this helpful I am completely new to sat nav, however I noticed within the last year a considerable increase in the price of basic models. I noticed this model being offered by Argos on Ebay and after a little deliberation ordered one. It arrived within 2 working days and was as described with a particularly large bright clear screen The only slight concern was the cardboard box it came in which was the worse for the journey. The contents were 100% new. It fired up and as hoped within 2 minutes located 9 satellites. It is a basic unit but does everything you should need for a journey. A sat nav should be just that and all the extras that add hundreds of pounds seem superfluous to me. All I need now is somewhere to go that I havn't visited before.

Buy them while you can
Fairly unique unit, through the scart socket you can view the freeview HD channels on a non hd tv. Excellent
